Position Overview:
We are seeking a resourceful, self-directed Marketing Specialist who is energized by fast-moving work, evolving priorities, and owning projects from idea to execution. This is a hands-on role with a mix of content creation, website ownership, and marketing operations.
This is not a routine or heavily structured position. You must be able to work independently, juggle multiple deadlines, and pivot quickly while maintaining a high level of quality.
What You’ll Do:
Content & Creative
- Produce high-quality marketing content across website, blog, email, social, and product-focused materials.
- Ability to create clean, engaging graphics for social media, blog articles, and email campaigns using tools like Canva, Adobe or Figma.
- Simplify complex engineering concepts into accessible, accurate messaging.
- Maintain consistent brand voice across platforms and campaigns.
- Support launch-related content such as release notes, feature announcements, and customer stories.
Website & WordPress Ownership
- Serve as primary owner of our WordPress site, including structure, updates, technical optimization, plug-ins, and new page builds.
- Manage SEO basics, site health, performance, and content updates.
Marketing Operations
- Execute campaigns inside HubSpot, including emails, workflows, landing pages, list segmentation, and basic automation.
- Build and optimize landing pages for lead generation and free trial signups.
- Track performance and provide clear analysis with actionable recommendations.
Product Marketing & Support
- Develop materials that help communicate platform features, value propositions, and differentiators.
- Create marketing collateral such as slide decks, one-pagers, and demo scripts for engineers and EPC audiences.
- Assist in shaping messaging frameworks that scale as our product ecosystem grows.
Growth & Experimentation
- Test new channels, tactics, and creative approaches to drive platform adoption.
- Bring proactive ideas for lead generation, awareness, and user engagement.
- Use data and testing to refine messaging and campaign effectiveness.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field OR equivalent real-world experience in B2B marketing, SaaS, or technical products.
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally SaaS or complex/technical industries.
- Use data and testing to refine messaging and campaign effectiveness.
- Strong WordPress capability — you can handle updates, layouts, plugins, structure, and troubleshooting without heavy direction.
- Excellent writing skills and the ability to simplify complex engineering concepts.
- Experience executing campaigns and automations within HubSpot (or ability to learn quickly).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple simultaneous deadlines.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities.
- Highly proactive, resourceful, and excited to help build and refine processes.
- Located in or compatible with EST working hours.
Bonus Points:
- SEO / SEM experience
- Familiarity with generative AI tools
- Experience in engineering, industrial, or risk-related industries
- B2B SaaS launch experience
- Lifecycle marketing or onboarding content experience

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: $62,000–$85,000 USD
