Marketing Specialist (USA/Europe)

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role is crucial for bridging the gap between our innovative technology and our marketing efforts, ensuring we effectively communicate the value of our platform to a diverse audience.
Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop and create high-quality marketing content, including blog posts, case studies, website copy, and social media posts, that showcase Skytree's value proposition and resonate with target audiences.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the CEO and marketing partners to ensure content aligns with overall marketing strategy and brand messaging.
- Product Marketing: Assist in developing product marketing materials, including presentations, demos, and website content, that effectively communicate the features and benefits of Skytree's platform.
- Product Marketing: Conduct product research and analysis to identify key value propositions and differentiators for each target segment.
- Sales Support: Support the sales process by creating compelling marketing materials and providing relevant information to potential customers.
- Sales Support: Assist in developing sales enablement tools and resources, such as presentations and FAQs.
- Marketing Operations: Manage and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
- Marketing Operations: Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Growth Hacking: Research and implement growth hacking strategies to acquire and retain customers.
- Growth Hacking: Experiment with new channels and tactics to reach target audiences and drive adoption of Skytree's platform.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the B2B SaaS or technology sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience creating marketing content for various channels (website, social media, email).
- Data-driven and analytical, with the ability to track and measure marketing performance.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a small, dynamic team.
- Startup experience is highly desired.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with AI and specifically marketing use cases.
- Experience in the lightning protection or risk management industry.
- Familiarity with SaaS marketing and growth hacking strategies.
- Experience with SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Graphic design skills and experience with design tools (e.g., Canva).

We are a remote, distributed team. Candidates for this position should be based in North America or Europe, reporting to Skytree Scientific’s senior leadership team. Both domestic and international travel is expected.
