Which lighting risk assessment (LRA) standards do you support?
Our platform provides IEC 62305-2-2010, IEC 62305-2-2024, and NFPA 780-2023 Annex L. Additional regional standards will begin rolling out in summer 2025.
What kind of structures can I run an LRA on?
Virtually any type of structure can be assessed with Skytree’s platform, regardless of the quantity of buildings or complexity.
How long does it take to run an LRA on Skytree Scientific’s platform?
This depends on the building quantity, readily available project details and the complexity. As an example, a basic LRA assessment that would normally take 8 hours to complete, takes about an hour using our platform.
Can you run an LRA for me?
No. Skytree Scientific refers LRA assessments to our pre-qualified network of partners. Contact us for more information and a referral.
Can Skytree Scientific provide lightning protection materials?
No. Skytree is a technology company and remains committed to providing an unbiased approach to assessments unlike several competitors that provide a simplified tool with the intention of selling their materials. However, we can connect you with a pre-qualified partner that can assist you with your material requirements.
What report languages are available?
Currently we have 55+ available languages for report generation.
